- ADDENDUM # 2: Clarification of Reference Letters
It has been brought to the Program’s attention that in regards to the number of letters of reference required, there is conflicting information in the RFP document as follows:
On page 17: middle section says "at least three letters of reference"
On page 22: Appendices says 2 letters of reference.
The following statement is to clarify the requirement for letters of reference in association with this RFP:
Provide at least two (2) letters of reference, including their telephone numbers, to support your description of your experience in providing the types of services listed.
- ADDENDUM # 1: Questions and Answers
Questions received as of February 8, 2011 on RFP 2010-0916 are provided verbatim as submitted.
As an addendum to the RFP, the questions and their answers are posted as is the RFP, and inaddition all questions and responses are sent to 1) anyone submitting questions and 2)anyone submitting a letter of intent as of February 1, 2011. Please see PDF document.
