| Additional Description |
Copies of this Request for Proposals (RFP) including the scope of work and requirements are available on SWRPA’s website (http://www.swrpa.org/Default.aspx?About=21) and on the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services State Contracting Portal (http://www.das.state.ct.us/Purchase/Portal/Portal_Home.asp). Disadvantaged business enterprises certified by Connecticut Department of Transportation are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal. Successful respondents will comply with all applicable local, state and federal contracting requirements including those concerning insurance coverage and affirmative action.
SWRPA will accept completed proposals, by mail or in person, until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, January 14, 2011. Respondents must submit three (3) originals of their proposals to:

Proposals that are incomplete or submitted via e-mail or facsimile will not be accepted.
SWRPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP. SWRPA also reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time and to reissue this or a substitute RFP at a later date.
