The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has released the Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). As part of CT’s effort to apply for this grant, DMHAS is releasing this RFQ to select the partnering providers. This effort will not result in a contract award unless DMHAS receives the grant award for the application being submitted to SAMHSA. |
