GALLUP HILL SCHOOL BP 1.18 - SECURITY REBID - The project includes construction of a 31,000 SF new addition, Phase 1; and renovation of 44,000 SF of the existing facility, Phase 2. Phase 1 construction of the addition adjacent to the existing and fully occupied Gallup Hill Elementary School is underway and will have security cabling and device fit out in late winter and spring 2018. Phase 2 will begin in late spring 2018 and will complete the renovation with two deliveries, the first in August 2018 and the second in March 2019. The scope includes some raceway, cabling, devices, commissioning and training for a new security system including access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance. |
