Additional Description |
Bids will be received in the office of the Director of School Business Operations, Westport Public Schools, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT 06880 no later than 10:00 A.M., January 18, 2018 for the Purchase of SMART Board Installations.
Vendor must be an authorized Epson and SMART K-12 reseller. No whiteboard substitutions will be accepted. Vendor must include proof of authorization to conduct business within CT with bid response.
A mandatory walkthrough is required on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 to view all installations being requested. The walkthrough will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Saugatuck Elementary School, 170 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT
Interested vendors must submit 2 copies of bid. All bid envelopes shall be clearly marked:
“BID #18-006-BOE – PURCHASE OF SMART BOARD INSTALLATIONS”
