Newfield Construction acting as Construction Manager for The City of New Britain will receive sealed proposals for the bid packages listed below at the times listed below on Thursday, May 31, 2018. All bids will be received at the Consolidated School District of New Britain, 1st floor, 272 Main St., New Britain, CT 06050. All proposals should be addressed to Newfield Construction. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of a complete renovation of the existing Smalley Elementary School at 175 West Street, New Britain, CT 06051.
