The work consists of upgrades to the existing Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF), including installation of a chemical feed system and equipment improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete and masonry building modifications, piping work, mechanical equipment installation, instrumentation work, miscellaneous metals, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical work.
