Invitation to Bid for ezIQC Job Order Contracting – General Construction in the Southeast Region
The Capitol Region Council of Governments is currently soliciting for a General Construction contractor for the Southeast Region of CT under our ezIQC Job Order Contracting Program. We will hold a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 2,2019 at the Waterford Town Hall Auditorium, 15 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, CT. There will be an overview of our ezIQC Job Order Contracting program and an explanation for how to prepare your bid response. The bid package is $20.00 (cash, cashier’s check, money order or business check only, no personal checks) and will be available at the pre-bid meeting. Bid responses will be due on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, and the bid opening will be held at the CRCOG offices, 241 Main St., 4th Floor, Hartford, CT 06106.
