Additional Description The Town, School District, and Region 19 School District of Mansfield are seeking qualified software vendors to replace their current financial management and human resource systems (Admins AUC), which includes general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing, treasury receipts, budgeting, and human resources (includes payroll). Mansfield also has a software system for Fixed Assets that they would like to replace with the new integrated system. The successful bidder(s) must be able to provide software solutions, project management services, installation services, training, hardware implementation (if required), and data conversion services. Bidders are expected to bid with a comprehensive software package that covers all modules, except for those identified as optional.
