Design Services for the
East Hartford Middle School Soccer Field/Track Renovation Project
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced design firms to provide complete design services (all phases) to fully renovate and upgrade the soccer field and track area at East Hartford Middle School (EHMS). Firms must supply a full-color general design concept/rendering for the project area (See Appendix B) with their proposal.
