- Addendum #4 has been added to this bid. It is additional answers to questions asked about this bid. Addendum #4 is now posted onto the City's website. http://newbritainct.gov/bids. A larger set of drawings are posted on the City's website also to be reviewed easier.
- Addendum #3 had been issued and posted on this website on 12/11/2019 at 2:36PM. It is changes to the drawings and the Project Specifications. It is Hazmat Reports for Fire Station #2 and Fire Station #4 as well as about gutters and downspouts.
- Addendum #2 has been issued. The bid opening date has been changed to December 19, 2019 at 11:00AM. Addendum #2 indicated that Hazmat Reports of the roofing for the Fire Stations will be posted on the City's website on December 13,2019 as Addendum #3. Go onto the City's website to obtain Addendum #2 that is part of the bid document and drawing file for Bid 3999. Go onto the City's website on December 13, 2019 to obtain Addendum #3 which will be the Hazmat Reports.
- A Addendum has been issued. It answers questions asked by attendees at the Pre-bid meeting, it has some revised drawings of the roof replacement, new specifications of the sheet metal roofing and some new pictures of Fire Station #4. It also has a copy of the Pre-bid sign-in sheet of the attendees. The addendum can be obtained on the City's website where the bid documents are, at http://bids.newbritainct.gov
