MIRA is requesting qualifications from law firms interested in providing certain legal and/or bond counsel services for MIRA from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023.
Statements Of Qualifications (“SOQ”) will be accepted by MIRA for the following categories of legal representation:
• General Counsel Services;
• Environmental Law Services;
• Real Estate/Planning and Zoning Services;
• Energy Law/Public Utilities Regulatory Authority Services;
• Construction Law Services;
• Litigation Services;
• Employment Law Services;
• Solid Waste Industry Legal Services; and
• Bond Counsel Services
