| Additional Description |
The Children’s Trust Fund (CTF), a Division of the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services (the Department) is seeking submissions from individuals qualified to provide consulting services to prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome using the Period of Purple Crying program. Consulting services will be provided on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) to hospitals throughout Connecticut. Only individuals that meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth in the RFQ are eligible to submit responses. Private provider organizations (defined as nonstate entities that are either nonprofit or proprietary corporations or partnerships), Connecticut State agencies, and municipalities are ineligible to participate in this procurement. |
