Quotation Number: ECSU 2011-15
Request for Quotation: Gelsi Young Lot Drainage Improvements
Mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held October 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the site location. Willimantic, CT. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will not be given credit for attendance or allowed to sign in.
Project Description:
The project consists of installing a new catch basin, HDPE drainage pipe, new precast concrete curb, new concrete sidewalk, bituminous concrete pavement and bituminous concrete curbing to improve the drainage at the Gelsi-Young Upper Lot.
The project will commence as soon as possible after the project has been awarded. The construction duration is 14 calendar days. Bid, labor and performance, and material bonds are not required for this project.
Proposal due date and time: October 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.

Sealed proposals will be received in Gelsi-Young Hall Rm 344, Eastern Road, Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic, CT 06226 until 2:00 p.m. on the date shown above.
The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technical defects or to reject any and all bids.
