Dimeo Construction is the Construction Manager and is soliciting bids for the Waterproofing (Joint Sealants) for the University of Connecticut Health Center Finance Corporations Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) Fit-OUt Project Number 11-042. This is a 252,000 sf $60,000,000 project consisting of the interior fit-out of medical office suites. This project is located in Farmington, CT and is started in Jan of 2014 with a substantial completion in December of 2014. All Bid Packages require to include a minimum of 10% MBE and 30% SBE Participation (combined total of 30%) within their proposal. Bids are due on February 18, 2014 in Dimeo's New Haven Office. All bids will be pubically opened and read aloud.
