Sexual Harassment Prevention



In accordance with 46a-54-204(b) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies all employers with fifty or more employees are required to provide sexual harassment prevention training to managers and supervisors. It is advisable that all employees attend sexual harassment training.  Sexual harassment can result in costly lawsuits and judgments, and problems such as absenteeism, low morale and diminishing productivity.


In this class, participants will learn:


·        What behaviors are prohibited as illegal sexual harassment under state and federal law


·        What you can do to prevent sexual harassment and what to do if it happens


·        Where and how to report complaints of inappropriate conduct
