The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to collective bargaining agreements with the State of Connecticut employee unions.
The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to assist with the development of coordinated bargaining strategies to us in negotiations with various State of Connecticut employee unions as well as participate in such negotiations within a stated timeframe.
