The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is seeking proposals for the provision of professional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) products and services on a statewide basis. These products and services will serve to assist CTDOT in implementing operating programs to improve mobility, reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality, while offering employers and commuters valuable information and services, including encouraging the use of carpooling, mass transit and other alternatives to driving alone. |
