Provide all labor, tools, ladders, equipment and material to perform Inspections/Preventative Maintenance to two Carrier Water-Cooled Chillers for the State of Connecticut Owned Building located at 55 Farmington Ave, Hartford CT.
Bids will be due on Wednesday August 5, 2020 @ 11am. Additional info regarding Bid Submittal will be provided at the Mandatory Walk-Through on 7/22/20 as noted below. |

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk-Through on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 @ 10am at 55 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT. Please park across the street at 50 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT and then cross over the to the Lobby at 55 Farmington.
In light of COVID-19 Safety, PPE of Face Masks will be required in order to enter the building. In addition, please minimize the # of attendees (where possible) so that we can practice proper social distancing.
