The Hartford Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”) is seeking qualified development teams to purchase and redevelop a prime parcel of commercial real
estate located at the intersection of Albany Avenue (U.S. Route 44) and Woodland Street in Hartford’s Upper Albany neighborhood. The parcels, located in the Agency’s Albany Avenue-Woodland Street and Upper Albany Redevelopment Project areas (herein called the “Project”), consists of approximately 2.26 acres of vacant land (see enclosed A-2 survey).
