| Additional Description |
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks to enter into a multi-year indefinite quantity contract with a qualified janitorial services firm to provide staffing to cover absences of in-house staff throughout the district’s portfolio containing (18) buildings totaling over 1.3 million square feet. Personnel required to meet the coverage needs of EHPS will be a minimum of (4) janitorial staff members daily Monday through Friday, and can be as much as (10) during certain times of the year. Reference the “Proposals” section below for all of the elements that proposals must contain in order to be considered. |
