- Addendum #4. The following changes to the contract documents:
1. The Bid Due Date has been changed by this addendum from February 28, 2020 to March 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
2. This Addendum supersedes Bid Clarification #1 Package #1, Bid Package #16 HVAC.
3. The duration for the temporary boiler rentals can be found in Section 01-5000 Temporary Facilities and Controls, Part B, Subpart 9.
4. Bid Package #16 HVAC has been revised as per Specification Section 00-2413-16, addition of scope of work item #96. Bidders to provide temporary 2,000 HP @ 150 PSI boiler for duration included in Section 01-5000 Temporary Facilities and Controls.
5.Bid Package # 19 Sitework. Section 00-4113 Form of Proposal for Trade Contractors has been changed to include: Item 2C, SOE firms name and contract value.

Division 00 Procurement and Contracting Requirements, has been revised.
RFI Log and Answers are included in this Addendum.
