DIRECTIONS TO AQUA TURF, 556 Mulberry Street, Plantsville, CT:
I-84 EAST FROM WATERBURY - Take Exit 28, take right onto Route 322. Go straight, under second underpass take left at car wash onto Old Turnpike Road. At first stop sign, take right onto Mulberry Street. Aqua Turf Club is located 1/2 mile on the right.
FROM I-91 OR THE MERRITT PARKWAY - Take Route 691 West toward Waterbury, take exit 4 (Southington), take a right. At the bottom of the hill (McDonald’s on the corner), take a right onto South End Road. Follow until you come to Mulberry Street on the left, the Aqua Turf Club is on Mulberry Street approximately 1/4 mile on the left.
I-84 WEST FROM HARTFORD - Take Exit 29 (left-hand exit). At the end of the exit will be a light. Go straight through the light. Go approximately one mile down the road. Aqua Turf Club will be on your right.

Therefore, following these simple steps will allow for an expeditious and seamless registration process for all. You must type your meal choice into the menu field on the electronic form so that we can use the database to order the food for over 200 people. Thank you for your cooperation!

THE COST OF THIS EVENT WITH ONLINE REGISTRATION IS $42.00 IF YOU REGISTER BY THE ONLINE DEADLINE 9/9/16.
THE ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AFTER 9/9/16. ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CHARGED $45.
ALL CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED IN HAND AT DAS BY 9/16/16. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR. NO LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN.
MAIL YOUR CHECK WHEN YOU REGISTER. Transfer invoices will NOT be honored. This website is designed to support training, not conferences. The confirmation will say that your agency will be billed. This is not correct. We cannot bill your agency for this conference. If your agency will cover the cost of the conference, please file reimbursement paperwork on your own, or arrange for a check to be submitted by the deadline.
YOUR CHECK FOR $42.00 (online registration only!) OR $45 (late registration), MUST BE RECEIVED AT DAS BY 9/16/16, for the MAC account, or it will be returned to you, and you will not be able to attend the event.
After you successfully register, a confirmation form will display.
